What brought me to Doula work: Being the daughter of a midwife had me introduced to the world of birth and invested in its inner workings since I was a young girl. Feeling intensely passionate about leaning into support spaces and queer social justice politics as a young adult, I entered university as a women & gender studies major while part time working for families in many capacities. I quickly rediscovered the magic and important work that doulas were doing and felt an instant call. After spending six beautiful years in Montreal, a deep pull to move back West and pursue birth work was undeniable. And here I am, eager to support your journey.
Tagline: My aim is to support in cultivating trust in yourself and your inner knowing.
My specialty: My own self care journey through meditation and plant medicine has guided me to see what a privilege it is to hold space and welcome vulnerability.
