What brought me to Doula work: I felt called to birth work after seeing the lack of support for this group in our community. I have always felt a deep desire to serve others and after studying Holistic Nutrition at length for many years my interest in this intimate level of care developed. I seek sharing nourishment within my community—- nourishment means holding space, connecting through food and supporting each other in whatever way we can. There’s no better way to touch on all these points than during this potent time of life.
Tagline: “Keep it simple” By keeping it simple, our intuition has space to become louder and louder. When this occurs we are able to trust more and lean into our own inner knowing of how to care for ourselves, our communities and our families.
My specialty: Something that makes me unique is my grounded and supportive presence. My unwavering courage in all situations and my ability to care for others while caring for myself in a big way. My quietness paired with busy helping hands. My lifelong passion for community nourishment which I feel like I’ve only scratched the surface of.
