What brought me to Doula work: When my sister found out she was having twins I immediately decided to move in and help her with the first few months of parenthood. I saw firsthand how difficult a transition it can be, and how much support is lacking for postpartum people. I was my sister’s emotional and practical support during this time and it is something I wish all birthing folks had.
Tagline: If you feel like you hate the world, go eat. If you feel like the world hates, go sleep.
My specialty: I have often been told I have a calming presence that babies are drawn to. My calm and gentle approach to my work is what helps many families feel comforted and cared for when I work with them.
